So I went out with me cousin and mom to Parkway Parade today.
She had to get some diapers for cutie-pie up there.
Parkway Parade seems to be really busy nowadays...
Must be the GST hike coming up tomorrow.

As you know,
you could never get just a BASKETFUL of stuff at GIANT.
So off we went lugging back
A whole trolleyful of diapers and snacks.
We had to call a cab back
'Cos the taxi stand wasn't exactly EMPTY.
After we put the stuff in the boot,
I was about to bring back the trolley
When this LADY just stole it!
The dollar was still in the SLOT!!!
BITCH!

I watch out for every cent I have in my possession.

She had the CHEEK to just stroll it off!

So I'm not gonna perform on Sunday for Samba this week.
This isn't the first time I'm being disappointed.

Oh yeah,
The ROCK FOR WAYNE concert went really well!
But then Electrico was due to perform REALLY late
(Well, I DO have a curfew.)
So me and Zul decided to leave early.
But before we did,
We got to see The Firefight perform!
I've only vaguely listened to their songs
and heard some familiar tunes from their performance,
but they were GREAT, relatively speaking.

I mean, the only two bands I saw
Were The Firefight and Humpback Oak.
And Humpback Oak...damn.
Let's just say the Sandman was on my case.

Anyways, here are some pics of The Firefight.

Their performance was REALLY energetic,
You could really see the passion in their play!
These guys live music.
Period.

So as I was headin' home after the concert,
I decided to play a little House of the Dead 4.
(Which I am VERY pro at, fyi =D )
These girls, no older than Sec 3 I think,
Their play was HORRENDOUS!
And they had the cheek to put in more credits!
So I waited till they exhausted their pile of coins,
then I proceeded to OWN them.
While I was playing, this lady came up to me and said,
"Could I join in?"

Yeah, I was a stunned as you are.
But she ain't so bad.
Her aiming was decent
Enough.

The movie felt a bit rushed though,

But the overall movie experience went just great.
Pity there wasn't anything extra
After the credits.

As in, SARCASTIC 'amazing'.

First off,
It rained.
Not very good,
Considering the fact that I had to go
for Friday Prayers.

Second,
the mosque
was eff-ing crowded
at 12.50.
Right.

Third,
I had to stash my bag and shoes
Somewhere under shelter.
Let's just say I could have picked a better place
To put 'em.

Fourth,
I found my socks wet after prayers,
Stepped on by countless stinkin' feet.
There goes the socks.
And lemme tell ya,
Wearin' VANS shoes
without socks
Is like eating something
without tasting it.

Finally,
Just before I could contact the guys
to find the meeting place
So we could go to the IT show,
My phone gave up on me.
I figured, hey, maybe the battery's dead.
And when I got home to try and recharge it,
there it was, responding normally
As if nothing happened!
Cell phones and women DO have something in common after all.

Guess the IT show's out of the question.
