Apparently, this little sucker from the Amazon, also named the Candiru, crawls up your urethra and burrows itself in there.

It also has a reputation as THE most feared fish OVER the PIRANHA among the natives in the Amazon River. Yeowch.

Guess I won't be going to South America anytime soon. XD
