Pretty awesome, but we could have been tighter.
Thanks to Suzie who came for her first Upbeats busking session. Gerek kan?
Hahah.
And big thanks also to the dudes and dudettes at Rhythm De Pasion for coming down to see us. You guys came a little late ah; our set before that was waayy better than what you saw.
Anyways, I had to leave a little early.
Me and my mom went for some dinner at Fresh Bulgogi down at eHub, then we went to catch Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa.

This installment of the Madagascar series continues from where the first one left off; the four animal friends are preparing to leave Madagascar for New York on a repaired plane found on the island. Remember King Julian's 'meeting room'? Yeah, THAT plane. The second movie sets out to explore both the ancestral roots of Alex, Marty, Melman and Gloria in the land of Africa, and, eventually, themselves as well.
This movie has everything you loved from the first one and more. The penguins are back, this time playing a more integral role in the plot by being the primary engineers of their escape from Madagascar...and into Africa. I personally enjoyed the antics of my two favourite lemurs, King Julian and Maurice, from their insensitive and mostly condescending behaviour towards the plight of the main characters, to their...well, insensitive and mostly condescending behaviour towards the plight of the main characters, I guess? Hey, that's why we love him, right?
A barrel of laughs and more, Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa was well worth the 10 dollars I paid on its opening week. Give it a watch.
